VPN Restrictions and Reward Claims

Overview Leakshaven restricts VPN, Tor, proxy, relay, and other masked connections when security or abuse checks require a normal network identity. Browsing and Paid Plans Paid members may have more flexibility to browse while using a VPN. This does not bypass all security checks, and a VPN can still cause a Security Check Failed or Forbidden response. If a page does not load, temporarily disable the VPN/proxy and try a normal home or mobile connection. Daily Rewards Daily rewards cannot be claimed while using a VPN or proxy, including by paid members. Disable the VPN/proxy before claiming and retry after the page recognizes the normal connection. Mobile and Shared Networks Mobile, carrier-grade, workplace, school, or other shared networks can sometimes resemble a proxy or a heavily shared address. If one connection is flagged, try another normal network that you control. Troubleshooting 1. Disable VPN, proxy, Tor, relay, and aggressive browser privacy routing. 2. Allow JavaScript and cookies. 3. Refresh and sign in again. 4. Try another supported browser. 5. Avoid repeatedly opening many content links in quick succession. If the warning remains on a normal connection, contact support with the exact error, account email or user ID, approximate time, browser, and connection type.

Private Request Packs Are Retired

Overview Private Request Packs are retired and are no longer available for new purchases or new submissions. This service will not be returning. Important - do not rely on old links, bookmarks, or screenshots that still mention pack requests - do not buy or submit anything expecting new private pack fulfillment - if you see an old pack-related page or option, treat it as outdated What If I Already Paid Recently? If you made a recent purchase related to a retired pack request and need help, contact support and include: - your Order ID from the Payments Tab - the approximate purchase time - the amount and currency used - any useful payment screenshot or receipt Support can then review the order and the available resolution options. How the Models Directory Works

Overview The Models Directory lets you browse creator profiles, search names, discover popular profiles, and open richer model pages. What Model Pages Can Show Depending on available data, a profile may show: - name and aliases - profile image - nationality or country - biography and tags - bookmark and share controls - indexed content associated with that search term A model page is a search/profile page and may contain multiple results. Finding a Model Search the creator name in the Models Directory. Try common aliases or alternate spellings if the first search does not find the profile. Requests and Suggestions Leakshaven does not accept requests or suggestions to add a creator, model, profile, or specific content. Content is discovered and indexed automatically; support cannot add or prioritize a name. Read Can I Request or Suggest Specific Content? for the full policy. Broken Pages If an existing model page fails to load, try refreshing and another browser. If it still fails, contact support with the exact model page URL, the error shown, and the approximate time.
