However, this highlights the reality that these tools are often used for malicious purposes, which is why we’ve had to block access for users attempting to open content on the site while using these services. As a result, your ‘keys’ (access credentials) won’t work unless you disable these privacy tools and connect to the site using your home IP or mobile data. Why Mobile Data or LTE Can Also Cause Issues Sometimes, using mobile data or LTE can affect your ability to access content, as the IP address associated with mobile networks may be flagged by our security tools. This can occasionally result in access issues, similar to what happens when using a VPN, Tor, or proxy.
