Account Deletion

What Happens to Your Information At our company, we take data security and your privacy seriously. We are committed to protecting your information and ensuring your data remains safe and anonymous. Here’s how we manage your data: - Deleted accounts: If you delete your account, we retain your data for up to 30 days. This is to protect against chargebacks, ensuring we have proof that the subscription was provided as agreed. After 30 days, all your account data is permanently deleted. However, if you change your mind within 30 days, your account can be reactivated by contacting our support team. - AI-generated images: Any images created with our AI tool are permanently deleted once you stop using the service. They cannot be retrieved or requested again. - Evidence of service usage: If you need proof of service, the only sources that might have logged your activity are your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and payment processor (like Stripe). The ISP logs your internet activity, and Stripe records transaction details. These are outside our control, so if you need further information, we suggest contacting them directly. - Data protection and anonymity: We actively prioritize the protection of your personal information and are staunchly against any online data theft. To ensure your privacy, we use advanced encryption methods so that even we cannot access your account or personal data. Your anonymity and data security are at the forefront of everything we do. We hope this clears up any concerns about how we manage and protect your data. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.
