What Happens to Your Information
-
Deleted accounts: We retain account data for up to 30 days. This helps protect against chargebacks and provides evidence that the subscription or service was delivered as agreed. After 30 days, account data is permanently deleted.
-
AI-generated images: Any images created with our AI tools are permanently deleted once the service stops being used. They cannot be retrieved later.
-
External service records: Your Internet Service Provider and payment processor may keep their own independent logs or transaction records. Those systems are outside our control.
