Where Did My Keys, AI Generations, or Companion Credit Go?

Check Your Grants

If Content keys, AI generations, Companion chat credit, or Companion images look missing, open Settings → Grants while signed in.

This is the first place to check whether an extra was issued, where it came from, how much remains, and whether it has started, expired, or been fully used.

What appears on this page

The page lists extra quota on top of your plan for:

  • AI generations
  • Content keys
  • Companion chat
  • Companion images

An extra may be labeled Purchased, Reward, Locker drop, Compensation, Legacy balance, or Admin grant.

Your plan is separate. The balance shown elsewhere can combine your plan allowance with these extras, but Grants lists only individual extras. A membership purchase or plan-type reward changes your plan and may not create a grant row.

How to read each grant

Each row shows its source, issue date, status, validity, and remaining amount.

  • Active: available now.
  • Starts on use: the expiry clock has not started. It begins only when your usage actually reaches that grant—not when it was awarded or purchased.
  • Dormant: a manually activated grant, normally for Companion, has not been turned on yet. Follow the activation instruction in Companion settings.
  • Used up: nothing remains.
  • Expired: its validity period ended.
  • No expiry: it has no time limit, although usage can still reduce it.

Different grants can have different validity periods. Always use the exact date or window shown on the grant; there is no single expiry rule for every reward or pack.

Turn on Expired to see expired and fully used grants that are hidden from the normal list.

A Companion chat value such as 3× is extra chat-token capacity. It is not a speed or quality boost, and it does not mean exactly three messages.

Legacy balance means positive AI-generation credit carried over from the previous balance system; it is not a new purchase or reward.

If something still looks wrong

  1. Open Settings → Grants.
  2. Turn on Expired.
  3. Check the product, source, status, issue date, validity, and remaining amount.
  4. If the grant is shown as usable but the feature says you have no credit, send support a screenshot of the grant row, the exact error, the affected feature, and the approximate time.
  5. If a paid quota order never appears, check Settings → Payments and provide the Order ID. For a redeemed quota reward, check Rewards and provide the reward name and redemption time.

Grants explains quota extras already issued to your account. Payment failures, reward-currency balances, and plan changes are handled in their own sections.
