Telegram Stars Is Supported
Telegram Stars is a current payment method. Card payments remain unavailable for new purchases.
Error Before Payment
If Telegram shows Provider account not allowed, Forbidden, or another provider error before confirmation, the purchase may not have been created.
Send support:
- exact product or plan
- Stars amount shown
- exact error
- approximate time
- screenshot
- whether Telegram displayed a completed charge
Do not retry repeatedly if Telegram may already have charged the Stars.
Completed Payment but Missing Credit
Open Settings > Payments. If an order exists, send the Order ID, Stars amount, and approximate payment time. If there is no order but Telegram shows a completed charge, send a screenshot or Telegram receipt for manual review.
Support will verify the order; do not make a second payment until the first result is clear.
