Cash App Is Supported (via the Bitcoin invoice)
Cash App is supported as your Bitcoin wallet: pay the site's crypto invoice (the BTC address or its QR code) from Cash App, on-chain. Card payments remain unavailable for new purchases.
How to Pay
- Start the checkout and choose the Crypto option until the Bitcoin invoice with the QR code appears.
- In Cash App, choose Bitcoin - Send, then either scan the QR code or paste the invoice address.
- Send the exact BTC amount shown. Do not pay a different product's invoice.
- Wait for the confirmation page - the order is credited automatically when the Bitcoin is confirmed on-chain.
Important
- One invoice address belongs to one order. Do not reuse or re-send to an old address.
- Invoices expire. If the countdown ends before your Bitcoin arrives, the order will not complete automatically - contact support with the transaction hash and we will match it manually.
- Cash App transfers can take from a few minutes to over 30 minutes on-chain. Start the payment with enough time left on the invoice.
Paid but Not Credited?
Open Settings > Payments and send support:
- the Order ID
- the BTC amount and approximate time
- the transaction hash (Cash App receipt - transaction - View on blockchain), or the Cash App receipt screenshot
Support will match the payment and complete the order manually. Do not start a second purchase until the first one is resolved.
