Why Am I Seeing a Multiple-Accounts Warning?

Last updated on Jul 27, 2026

What the Warning Means

The warning means the system grouped activity that may look like one person using multiple accounts to bypass free limits. It is a warning and support triage signal; it does not prove intentional abuse by itself.

If You Used More Than One Account

Choose one account and stop using the others. Do not create another account to work around the warning or free limits.

If This Is Your Only Account

The match may be a false positive from a shared network, device, browser fingerprint, or other security signal. Contact support and provide:

  • account email or user ID
  • screenshot of the warning
  • approximate time it first appeared
  • whether the device or network is shared
  • confirmation that this is the only account you use

A human can review the cluster. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full payment credentials.

Payments

If a paid purchase is missing, include the Order ID from Settings > Payments. The payment issue should be reviewed separately from free-limit detection.
