Copyright / Takedown Notices
Notices sent to this address are checked against the legal requirements for a copyright takedown notice (17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3)(A)). A notice must identify the specific material, include a signature, contact information, and complete sworn statements. Notices that only link a model or search page, or that omit required statutory elements, are invalid and no action is taken on them.
LeaksHaven is a search and indexing service. It does not host, store, or serve media files; referenced media is served by independent third-party hosting providers. Removal claims concerning hosted files must be directed to the hosting provider with the exact material identified.
Notices that meet all statutory requirements are processed. Court orders or other process issued by a court are routed to counsel.
After an Incident
When an incident is over, affected usage is normally compensated automatically where applicable. We post a note about any compensation here and in Updates & News.
