Overview
Eligible accounts can claim a daily reward once per local calendar day. The account timezone used for daily rewards can be reviewed in Settings.
The daily reward gives reward credit and streak progress. Available rewards can then be exchanged for items such as Content keys. A daily reward is not the same thing as a paid order or an extra grant.
When the Next Reward Is Available
The Rewards page shows a countdown to the next claim. Use that countdown as the source of truth.
If the site says “Daily reward has already been used for this local day”, the current local-day reward has already been claimed. Wait until the displayed countdown reaches the next reward.
Do not change timezone as a workaround. Timezone changes can be limited and are intended to reflect your real local timezone.
Where to Check Different Balances
- Daily reward and streak: Rewards
- Purchased, rewarded, or granted extras: Settings > Grants
- Paid orders: Settings > Payments
Turn on Expired in Grants to see expired and fully used extras.
If a Claim Fails
- Check the countdown and exact error.
- Refresh the page.
- Sign out and back in.
- Try another supported browser or device.
- Make sure your account timezone is correct.
- Disable any VPN or proxy: rewards cannot be claimed through VPN/proxy connections.
If the countdown has ended but the claim still fails, contact support with the screenshot, exact error, account email or user ID, configured timezone, and approximate local time.
