Overview
A paid membership expires automatically at the end of its displayed fixed period. It does not renew automatically, and the account returns to the Basic plan.
What Changes
- Plan-only benefits and plan allowances end with the membership.
- Your account, settings, payment history, and saved preferences remain available.
- Purchased, rewarded, or compensated extras are separate from the plan. Check their individual status and validity in Settings > Grants.
- AI generation files are separate from membership expiration. Their storage follows your AI privacy setting and any manual deletion.
Check the Expiration Time
- Sign in.
- Open Settings > Payments.
Your current plan is also shown on your account page.
Leftover Resources
Do not assume that every balance follows one expiry rule:
- Plan allowance ends with the plan.
- Extras listed in Grants follow the exact status and validity shown on their grant row.
- A paid order that never appeared should be checked in Settings > Payments.
- Manually deleted or auto-deleted AI generations cannot be recovered.
Renewing
You can purchase a new plan from the Plans page. It activates after the new payment is credited.
