Credits, Speed, and Privacy
According to the current AI page:
- new users receive free credits to try the AI tools
- generations are designed to be fast
- users can choose whether uploads and generated results are auto-deleted or kept permanently
Tips for Better Results
1. Keep Images Upright
Make sure your source image is correctly rotated before uploading it.
If the image is sideways or upside down, the AI may produce worse results.
2. Crop Tightly
Try to crop the image before uploading, especially if there are multiple people or too much unused background space.
A tighter crop usually helps the AI focus on the main subject.
3. Use Clear Images
Higher-quality, well-lit images usually work better than blurry, dark, or low-detail uploads.
4. Use One Main Subject
The AI tends to work best when the image clearly focuses on one person.
Busy scenes, extra people, and visual clutter can lower result quality.
5. Try More Than Once
Some images simply work better than others, and retrying with a different crop or a slightly better source can improve
the result.
If A Result Looks Wrong
If a result looks off, try this order:
1. rotate the image correctly
2. crop it closer to the main subject
3. use a clearer source image
4. remove extra people or clutter from the frame
5. simplify the prompt or instruction if it is too complex
6. try again from the AI page
If The Original Image Comes Back Or Credits Seem Wrong
If a generation returns the original image, looks clearly broken, or you believe credits were used incorrectly, contact
support and include:
- the approximate time of the generation
- the tool or preset you used
- a short description of what went wrong
- a screenshot if possible
This helps support review the case more quickly.
